The Residents' Parking Club

The parking club facility allows residents to share their spaces with each other – to enable our visitors and guests to park within Foundry Square Gardens.

How it works

When you need to borrow a space, simply send an email to everyone on the current* Residents’ Parking Club email list asking for the use of a parking space.

You should provide:

  • Details of the date(s) and times(s) that you need the space
  • The registration number of your visitor/guest's car.

If someone isn’t using their parking space, they will email you back offering use of their space.

You should then reply accepting their offer and they will contact Minster Baywatch with the permission details, copying you in, so that you know it has been authorised.

This simple procedure gives you peace of mind that your visitor/guest won't receive a Parking Charge Notice of £60 during their stay.

The Parking Club is a valuable, reciprocal arrangement and it often only takes a few minutes to organise. We ask everyone to be generous as the system works on good will.

If the unlikely event that no-one comes back with an offer, (which isn't very often), then you have just been unlucky. Sometimes it is worth asking again, in case your first email was missed (or assumed out of date when the recipient read it).

Not registered yet? Why sign up now? Simply:

Email your name, apartment number and car park space number to

·         We will email you back with the Parking Club email list. Please remember to let us know when you leave Foundry Square Gardens so that we can remove your details from the list.

* Please ensure you keep hold of the updated email list and use this for all new requests. Tenants regularly move out, so you are responsible for ensuring you are using the latest list.
